We create accurate documentation that is bespoke to your project, practical and clear to build from.
Traditionally the Detailed Documentation stage was the largest of any given project. However now adays with our adoption of BIM and Sub-Consultant Collaboration requirements much of the heavy lifting around compliance is now carried out in Design Stages 2 and 3.

All that is left is to put the last of the detail together for the Main Contractor to price and build from and for the council to approve the Building Consent.

It is critical to provide robust and clear documentation to control build costs and allow the Main Contractor to manage the build and contract with confidence. Resulting in a high-quality build.
