Design Stage 1
Design Stage 1 is where we present ideas and drawings for the first time.
The drawings are legible and presented to be attractive but are light on detail as the exercise is to provoke conversation and deeper thought about the spaces and how they connect together.

It is expected that we will have some back and forth with clients as we tease out a design you are happy with.

The key to a shorter Design Stage 1 is having the brief as accurate as possible at the start.
This is where it starts to get exciting as we prepare:
-
High level initial site plans
-
Rough floor plans to discuss spatial arrangements
-
Initial 3D views communicating the style
-
Key Elevation views to discuss material options
-
Potential Construction Costs*
*= If the budget is a significant constraint a Quantity Surveyor will be appointed to ensure we are designing within your financial means.
